The goal was to modernize the existing office without disrupting the elements that were already working. Existing furniture would remain in place, requiring a carefully coordinated renovation strategy that could deliver new flooring, fresh finishes, and a completely updated lighting environment around an occupied and established workplace.
At the same time, the lighting itself needed to become part of the experience, transforming the office into a working representation of Federated Lighting's portfolio.

Our Approach
TPC Contracting coordinated the renovation around the existing office environment, sequencing flooring replacement and painting throughout the space while carefully working around furniture designated to remain. Additionally, the kitchen was fully remodeled with new finishes and keeping the appliances keeping the existing layout.
Rather than treating lighting as a finishing detail, the project made it central to the transformation. Existing lighting and controls were replaced throughout the office, allowing Federated Lighting to integrate and display current offerings from its portfolio within an everyday working environment.
A targeted renovation created a meaningful transformation without requiring a complete rebuild.
New flooring and finishes give the office a cleaner, more cohesive foundation, while the upgraded lighting and controls bring a new level of energy and purpose to the space. More importantly, Federated Lighting's workplace now works on two levels: as an office for its team and as a real-world showcase of the solutions it brings to its customers.
